Dr Matthew Kwaw Somiah is a Senior Lecturer at Takoradi Technical University, Ghana, undertaking postdoctoral studies at the University of Johannesburg. He has served as lead researcher for CoST Infrastructure Transparency Initiative assurance studies in Ghana.
