Papers should be 4,000 to 8,000 words including references.
Submit in PDF or Microsoft Word.
Prepare the manuscript for double blind review: remove author names and identifying acknowledgements.
Use the author-date referencing style throughout.
Review process
Papers are read by the editorial office, then sent to 2 independent reviewers under a double blind model. Authors receive the reviewers' comments with the decision.
Registration
Registration opens once decisions are issued. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the paper to appear in the proceedings.
